Ashley was a cheerleader in their gym for a season where they developed a special bond.

At JAMZ 2008 All Star Nationals, this award will be given to one very special cheerleader.
This award is to honor the talent, short life, and courageous fight of Ashley Sullivan. She was diagnosed with a brain-tumor
on July 18, 2007, the day she was scheduled to leave for cheer camp. Ashley was a true champion. However, she lost her fight on September 30, 2007.
Ashley's parents know that other young athletes face similar challenges. They have created this award as a tribute to their daughter and as
an encouragement to other families.
Submission Critera:
Gym owners and coaches are encouraged to submit the names of any participant in their program who will be at JAMZ 2008 All
Star Nationals in spite of facing seemingly insurmountable medical obstacles.

Submission Process:
JAMZ will forward all submissions to Ashley's parents without the inclusion of a Gym name.
Award Announcement:
JAMZ will contact the person who submitted the name prior to Nationals. The award presentation will take place on stage at JAMZ Nationals.
